The "B" names above all have their origins in Louis (1643-1698) the son of Pierre, (1610-1656)
as you will see in the Illustrated History.
The names Gagniere, Potvin and Potevin (though not all with these names) have their origin in Francois Gagne and his wife Jeanne Vanesse who lived in St-Francoise-du-Lac.
Garnier and Gagniere most often have separate origins.
